19. Corporate liabilities and considerations in pandemic times

This session will be recorded and made available in the replay café

The pandemic has forced our businesses to operate in new ways which compel us to think about our corporate responsibilities and could even expose us to liability in areas not previously contemplated. Are your employees working from home, or working from other jurisdictions, or has your workplace had to adapt to new guidelines/regulations? In this session, we will explore the areas where our businesses are forced to think differently or might be exposed to potential liability and discuss how we, as general counsel can get a seat at the table where key decisions are being made, help identify and mitigate any these risks and steer the business through these unprecedented times.
