She also serves as Deputy General Counsel of Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications company, headquartered in Paris, with $9B in annual revenue and best-in-class creative, digital, technology and consulting services. Kim is a member of management of the company’s global legal team providing legal services to operations in over 80 countries. As a trusted partner to senior management, Kim advises on complex international legal and business issues. She is known for a clear-minded business approach, thriving in fast-moving, rapidly changing environments, and is adept at evolving company legal needs in times of business transformation and growth. Kim has a track record of successful first-time, wide-scale implementations of cost-effective and efficient technology, compliance and process improvement programs.
Previously, Kim was Assistant General Counsel at Sapient Corporation, a $1.4B global digital marketing and technology services company, headquartered in Boston, with 13,000+ employees, publicly-traded on Nasdaq and now a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe. Prior to working in-house, Kim practiced litigation and corporate law at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, and graduated from Boston University School of Law. Kim’s experience includes management, corporate governance, compliance, complex commercial agreements, dispute resolution, risk management, advertising law, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, international law issues.
